The Juniper Cottage is close to Downtown Prescott but just minutes from the forest and Goldwater Lake. This 2 bedroom cottage is recently remodeled with comfortable furniture inside and pleasant seating areas outside. The original rock fireplace burns real wood for cozy winter ambiance. The back deck looks south into Prescott National Forest. One bedroom has a premium queen mattress, the other a double. The whole cottage has delightful decor. Wireless internet signal available in most areas of the cottage. Window A/C units in living room and bedroom keep the cottage cool in summer. The yard is nicely landscaped with roses and native shrubs and completely fenced in. Relax on the front deck or at the patio set while your pet runs freely without needing to be leashed. Hiking in Prescott National Forest is within walking distance or a short drive. Goldwater Lake has playgrounds, picnic tables, hiking and some fishing. It's also fun to feed the ducks leftover breadcrumbs or chips.

Base Weekend Rate - $149.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $35 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $637 - 2 persons plus $35 cleaning fee and tax. Add $50 per extra persons 3-4 or $50 for pets (on approval.) (Subject to Holiday premiums.)
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons 3-4 or pets (Pets Conditional) $10/night (age 2 and up.)
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium -
Applies to stays that include these Holidays (3-4 night minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day Add 10%, Thanksgiving Add 15% (4 nights req,) Christmas-New Years, Frontier Days (July 4th Week,) Add 20%
