The Mountain Ridge Lodge is on the south west side of Prescott with great views of Thumb Butte, Granite Mountain and Prescott. This location is in an exlusive, gated neighborhood with Oaks, Pinons, Junipers, and Ponderosa Pines but is just 5 minutes from the the historic, downtown Courthouse Square. With 4 bedrooms plus 2 patios it will accommodate large families very comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and huge bath with double vanity, double head shower and jetted, roman tub. Private door opens out onto the patio with sitting area. An office area in the master bedroom has wireless internet access that serves the whole house along with a fax and copier/printer. There is also a queen bedroom and bunkbedroom that share a full hall bath. A den has a queen wallbed and casino gaming table that is also perfect for checkers, backgammon, puzzles etc.The living room has a vaulted ceiling and huge rock fireplace and big screen cabTV/DVD theater. The large dining room table seats 8-10 and also has views to the south and east. The expansive kitchen has new appliances and practically any piece of equipment or utensil needed for cooking. The laundry room with family-sized washer/dryer is near the garage. The back patio has a gas grill. The game room, set up in the garage, has ping pong, foosball, billiards, air hockey, darts and a basketball shooting game. Right out the front door relax with your feet up around the firepit and take in the views, peace and quiet.

Base Weekend Rate - $249.00/night - 2 persons, 2 night minimum

Extra Persons - Add $20.00/night per persons 3-4, $10/night per persons 5-10.
Special weekly rate $1050.00 - 2 persons plus $110 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra person 3-4 or pet (conditional,) $50 per persons 5-10.

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 10 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 15% for Thanksgiving (4-night minimum may apply) and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week) (3-night minimum may apply.)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
