This three bedroom cottage is located in the tall pines west of Downtown Prescott about 2 miles from the Square. Surrounded by Ponderosas and native Oaks, the Mountain Oak Cottage has a shady back yard and front patio. The back deck has rockers where you can enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning or a cool drink in the afternoon. Two bedrooms on the upper level have queen beds and share a full hall bath. Downstairs is another full bath and bedroom with a queen bed. Also downstairs is an family room with a queen sleeper sofa, satTV/DVD and game table. The family room opens out to the interesting back yard with a horseshoe pit and room to explore. Relax on a bench under the tall pines. The woodburning stove provides heat and ambiance when it's chilly outside. There is also a central forced air furnace. For summer there is evap cooling, overhead fans and window A/C units. A newly remodeled, well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy.

2-night minimum on Weekends (3-night on certain holidays, see below)

Base Weekend Rate - $169.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $50 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $719.00 - 2 persons plus $50 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3,4 or pet, $50 per persons 5-6. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets per night - Add $20 per persons 3-4 or pet, $10 per persons 5-6.
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)
Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
