The Casa Bella is located in the hills between Prescott and Prescott Valley just off of Hwy 69. Nestled on a hillside in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the Square, the Casa Bella has several places on the wraparound deck to enjoy the views and fresh air. The deck area right outside the master bedroom has comfortable patio furniture and a babbling fountain under a shady awning. Other clusters of deck furniture can be found around the corner near the front of Casa Bella. The inside is decorated with a professional's touch. The living room has a gas fireplace, several couches and chairs arranged near bookcases filled with good reads, games, pictures and knicknacks. The kitchen has a four seat dinette while the dining area has a large table that seats eight. A family room created in the garage is completely carpeted and furnished. It is so inviting you won't know where to hang out. Read books, play games, or just sit in front of the the firestove. The master bedroom has a king bed, beautiful linens, a sitting area and TV/DVD. The master bath has a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third, 2 daybed twins. They share a full hall bath. The washer/dryer closet is located conveniently near the kitchen. Wireless High Speed Internet Access is available throughout this "Beautiful Home."

Base Weekend Rate - $199.00/night for 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $60 cleaning fee and tax.

Special weekly rate $847 - 2 persons plus $60 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3-4 or pets (on approval,) $50 for persons 5-8. Pets Conditional. (Subject to Holiday premiums.)

Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons 3-4 or pets (Pets Conditional) $20/night, persons 5-8 $10/night (age 2 and up.)

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium -
Applies to stays that include these Holidays (3-4 night minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day Add 10%, Thanksgiving Add 15% (4 nights req,) Christmas-New Years, Frontier Days (July 4th Week,) Add 20%
