Designed and built with ecological principles in mind, the Casa Tierra has many interesting features and appearances. The rammed earth walls have tires and cans for support or insulation. The heating system is built into the concrete floors that store heat, especially when the winter sun streams in through the large, south-facing window. The thick walls and floor also keep the Casa Tierra cool in the summer. With lots of open space and a large back patio with charcoal grill you won't feel cramped. The billiard table provides entertainment when you're not out exploring the forest and creek in the backyard. The large island kitchen is also well equipped. High Speed Internet Access, portable stereo and cabTV will keep you in touch with the world (or work.)Just 15 minutes from downtown or Goldwater Lake, the Casa Tierra has a very convenient but secluded location.
Rates
Per night, Double Occupancy
Plus $80 cleaning fee and tax
2-night minimum on Weekends (3-night on certain holidays, see below)
Subject to Premiums or Discounts (see below)
Base Weekend Rate - $199.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $70 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $849.00 - 2 persons plus $80 cleaning fee and tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3,4/pet or $50 per persons up to 6. (Subject to Holiday premium.)
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets - Add $20.00/night per persons 3-4/pet, $10/night for persons 5-6.
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 10 %
Applies to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Frontier Days (July 4th Week,)Thanksgiving, Christmas-New Years
Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
