Granite Creek Cottage

Granite Creek Cottage is just as charming and cozy as its name. This delightful little house was built in 1939 on the banks of Granite Creek. Because all the homes on South Granite St. were built facing the creek, access to the cottage is down the alley. Shaded by huge old trees, the creek runs seasonally and has lush, green banks year round. Dine outside at the 6-chair patio set (and propane BBQ) under the trees. Located in one of Prescott's older neighborhoods, only 2 blocks from the historic Courthouse Square, a short walk brings you to all the events and restaurants along Whiskey Row. Built in the Craftsman style with wood floors, 10 ft ceilings and crown moldings, Granite Creek Cottage has all the amenities for a short or long stay; a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook table for four, remodeled bath with tiled shower, plus a laundry room with washer and dryer. The central heating and air conditioning unit keeps the Granite Creek Cottage comfortable all year long. Each of the 2 bedrooms features a romantic 4 poster queen size bed with quality mattress, ceiling fan and wall to wall carpet. A Craftsman style half wall divider separates the formal dining and living rooms. The cottage's décor is elegant yet comfortable. Granite Creek Cottage is an ideal getaway spot any time of the year to experience all of Prescott's diverse cultural and recreational activities.

Coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, creamer and starter condiments are stocked in the pantry. 48" Big Screen Cable TV, Stereo/CD player, microwave, hair dryer, washer and dryer, fenced yard, patio set, propane BBQ.

Base Weekend Rate - $149.00/night - 2 people, plus $50 cleaning fee and tax, 2 night minimum weekends

Special weekly rate $639.00 - 2 people plus $50 cleaning fee and tax. Add $50 per extra person or pet up to 6. Subject to Holiday/Special Event Premium.


Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges

Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets - Add $10.00/night per person or $20 per pet.

Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %

Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply) President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)

Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding Holidays)
