This newly remodeled Loft is a hop, skip and a jump from the Square, Downtown Prescott's Jewel. Walk to shopping, offices, library or people watching around the Courthouse. Bring some online work because the high speed internet connection is always on. The 42" cabHD flat screen TV has the best picture available for HD broadcasts. The living room couch makes into a double bed for kids or extra guests. The Garden Tub upstairs is a few steps from the queen bed. Soak and relax, then slip into bed to watch a TV show or catch up on sleep. The kitchen has new, stainless appliances. A gas grill is available for cooking outside. Off street parking is right next to the front door.
Rates
Per night, 4 Person Occupancy. Pets on Approval Only.
Plus $35 cleaning fee and tax
2-night minimum on Weekends (3-4 nights on certain holidays, see below)

Base Weekend Rate - $149.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum weekends plus one time $35 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $637 - 2 persons plus $35 cleaning fee and tax. Add $50 per extra persons 3, 4. Pets on Approval Only. (Subject to Holiday premium.)
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons 3, 4 $10/night (age 2 and up,) Pets on Approval Only.
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium -
Applies to stays that include these Holidays (3-4 night minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day Add 10%, Thanksgiving Add 15%, Christmas-New Years, Frontier Days (July 4th Week,) Add 20%
