The Granite View Lodge is on the north west side of Prescott with great views of Granite Mountain. This location has tall pines but is just 10 minutes from the the historic, downtown Courthouse Square. With 4 bedrooms plus a game room den it will accommodate large families very comfortably. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, satTV and full bath with double vanity, double shower and jetted, tiled bathtub. French doors open out onto the deck with beautiful views and sitting area. Downstairs is a second master bedroom with full, private bath, king bed, satTV and large walkin closet. There are also 2 Queen Bedrooms that share a full hall bath. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and large picture windows to enjoy the views of the forest and mountains. The large dining room table seats 8 and also has views to the north and west. The large kitchen has new appliances and practically any piece of equipment or utensil needed for cooking. The laundry room with family-sized washer/dryer is near the kitchen. A Breakfast Nook seats 4. The large deck has a deluxe gas grill, patio set and separate sitting area near master bedroom. Wireless High Speed Internet is available thoughout the lodge. Downstairs is a game room with a pool table,ping pong
and foosball. Game room has a sitting area, double mini fridges, microwave, satTV, wet bar and another large shady deck. On the lowest level is a full workout room with exercise bike and weight machine. Just bring enough people to fill all the bedrooms and spare time to enjoy all the views. 4 roll-away twins are provided to sleep 14 guests.

We publish 4 person occupancy rates so that our properties are affordable for couples but only charge minimal extra person fees for the additional wear and tear and utility costs.
