This cabin is at the top of a knoll and sits amongst large boulders and tall pines and old Live Oaks.. A little creek meanders by and wildlife abounds. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 7 guests. The primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bath. A Smart TV for that last evening view as you snuggle and ready yourself for sweet dreams. A writing desk faces east and is the perfect morning wake me up to catch up on yesterday’s news and todays happenings. You even have your own private deck! The bath is luxurious with a large garden tub and shower. A double vanity sink provides space for both partners. The queen bedroom and bunk bed bedroom shares a hall bath with beautiful walk-in shower.

Boulder Creek Cabin was originally a single room cabin built back in 1932 and is now the living room. Beautiful well preserved wood and darling rock fireplace is adorned with stylish comfortable furniture. A Smart TV is here to stream the latest movies and shows as you relax after your day’s adventures. The other part of the house was added on and includes the three bedrooms, kitchen and two baths. The large bright kitchen is modern and stocked with all dishes, pots and pans. Whether it’s a quick snack or large gourmet meal this delightful space provides everything. It is stocked with a regular coffee maker and everything for your first cup in the morning. The 8 seat dining room table will fit everybody with also a breakfast bar to make gatherings around the kitchen easy while you share meals and spend time with friends and family. Games and puzzles are located in kitchen bar lower cabinet. Cattle Yolks on wall are from families ranch in Nevada dating back to 1800’s. The art throughout the house are a tribute to the past from yoke to feathers to indigenous nods.

The cabin has two patio areas for that first cup of coffee in the morning to that last sip of wine in the evening. An outdoor propane grill is convenient for outdoor cooking while you enjoy the views and the breezes with nice comfortable furniture. Deer are plentiful and you will see them every day. With hawks soaring and birds chirping it is impossible not to relax in this tranquil setting. There is a darling 50’s/60’s children’s playground and basketball hoops within walking distance.

Boulder Creek Cabin offers a covered car port and 1 car garage. Washer/dryer, Very good WIFI and Central A/C and heat bring modern touches to this dream vacation rental.

There are quite a few steps to enter this space. Security lights make it safe and this will keep you young and fit as you come and go.

Please let us know if you are bringing dogs and how many. We allow dogs but also charge for them. Dogs are $15 per night per dog plus tax. There is also a 1 time $10 flat fee.

This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Your right to use this privately owned home is conditional on not disturbing the neighborhood. If the owner or Prescott Cabin Rentals receives complaints regarding noise, activities or trespassing that disturbs neighbors you may be asked to leave immediately. No outside noise or music after 10 pm.

No outside noise or music after 10 pm. You must be honest with your party size. Your party size can change but you must let Wendy know of any extra guests staying. You must disclose if you are bringing any dogs or cats.

Pets are allowed but guests must be very considerate. No accidents, no damage, no poop and no hair. You must cover beds and furniture if you are allowing the pets to jump up. You might consider bringing your own vacuum to make sure there isn`t any hair left behind. If left alone in the accommodation we ask that they are crated if there is a risk of damage or accidents. There shouldn`t be excessive barking that would disturb the neighborhood.

Check-in starts at 4 pm. If you would like to check-in early you must contact me. Early check-ins are granted the night before or the morning of the check-in. There may be a charge if it is a large property. The same with late check-outs. You must request this the night before or morning of the check-out.

Smoking is only allowed outside.
