Description
Pine Vista A-Frame is a beautiful mountain cabin located just 6.2 miles or 15 minutes to downtown Prescott. This tall pines property sleeps 6 guests with 3 queen beds. The upstairs primary is a dreamy loft with scenic views to the east. It has a queen bed and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The lower bedroom is also a queen and has a large flat screen smart TV and is right across from the hall bath with tub shower combination. There is an office/TV room near the entrance that has a queen airbed. Lots of DVD movies and a Play Station 3 with 10 games are in here for everyone to enjoy.
Pine Vista A-Frame is located in Ponderosa Park and is surrounded by Prescott National Forest. There is an 18 hole Frisbee golf course available to the public. While other homes and cabins are nearby this cabin is on a large fenced in lot with lots of privacy. The back wrap around deck has expansive views of Ponderosa Pines as far as the eye can see. A propane grill is here for outside meat and veggie cooking. This is where you will enjoy your first cup of coffee and your last sip of wine. It is quiet and wildlife abounds. Plenty of deer, squirrels and birds will calm your senses and relax your mind. The property is fenced to keep the Javelina out. This is important as we don’t want them to get into the trash nor be responsible for trying to herd them out. They are best viewed outside in the forest!
The main floor is an open air concept with a nice kitchen, bar area with comfortable bench seat and living room. Floor to ceiling windows offer a stunning eastern view of the Ponderosa Pine forest that surrounds this property. All pots, pans and dishes are provided. You only need to bring food and clothes. Everything for coffee is here with a regular coffee maker. Whether it’s a simple snack or gourmet meal everything your personal chef can find everything at their fingertips. The living room has a comfy couch and large, flatscreen Smart TV. An electric fireplace provides ambiance and warmth for cool winter evenings. Pine Vista A-Frame does have central electric heat there is also a pellet stove to ensure you are warm on chilly days.
There are 2 office desks (if you must work) and the fast Wi-Fi keeps you in touch with the world as you get lost in Nature. A washer/dryer can be available for longer stays. A/C keeps you comfortable on warm summer days.
