Tranquility Condo is a beautiful, modern Condo located just 0.8 miles or 4 minutes driving to downtown Prescott.
Tranquility Condo is a beautiful, modern Condo located just 0.8 miles or 4 minutes driving to downtown Prescott. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property that sleeps 4 guests. The Primary Suite is light and airy and has a king bed. A large Smart TV is hung to allow you to stream music and videos, browse the internet, and view photos. Smart TVs are a technological convergence of computers, televisions, and digital media players. A Smart TV can access the internet via Wi-Fi, whereas a normal TV cannot. A Smart TV also has the facility to run apps that come built into the TV. The main difference between a Smart TV and Normal TV is that a Smart TV is smarter than a normal TV. Haha! The South facing window has a desk and chair to get all of your work done while you enjoy this quiet space. Strong WIFI keeps you connected to all your friends and family. A huge walk-in closet leads you into the en suite bath. This gorgeous bath has a tiled walk-in shower and nice northern windows. All of the baths include plenty of towels and paper products. During the day you do not need to turn a light on whatever room you may be in!
The second bedroom has a Queen Murphy Chest Bed. This marvel acts as a lovely chest during the day but transforms into a queen bed at night. Of course, you can leave the queen down as a bed if a guest is utilizing that bedroom. It has a nice big closet and also has south windows.
The hall bath has a tub/shower combination and the hall washer/dryer is right next door.
The kitchen is painted in dreamy hues of blue and includes all dishes, pots and pans. Complete with dishwasher and regular coffee maker (with everything for coffee) your chef is content whether making simple snacks or gourmet meals. Everything you need is here… just bring the food!
The living room is comfortable and cozy with a large Smart TV and gas fireplace. The wrap around couch will fit everybody as you snuggle down to your favorite movie or network series.

The cute front deck faces west and has table and chairs, propane grill and umbrella for additional shading.
Tranquility Condo has a great location. It’s at the end of a quiet road and yet super close to downtown Prescott. It is medium walk to downtown. You need not move your car as you enjoy the delights of Prescott’s hometown features. Square dancing, arts and craft fairs, Western art shows, concerts and movies are running all summer on our Courthouse Square. Or… just bring a book and dream away the afternoon on the lush grass of the Plaza. Shopping, museums and delicious restaurants are also downtown.
Acker Park is right next door to the property. This area consists of 80 acres of natural parkland. Acker Park is now the location for many geocaching sites for visitors to find. It has a 1-mile Loop Trail, Picnic Area, restroom with full wrap mural depicting the history of the land, Mr. Acker and the nature to be found there, additional Mosaic Art Walls and an Amphitheater.
You have your own open garage parking space and additional guest parking for a second car or visitors.
