Fairway Views is a charming golf course home situated in the beautiful Antelope Hills Golf Courses, offering wonderful views of the North course with magnificent trees and a pond. Located just 9 miles or 16 minutes from downtown Prescott, this two-bedroom, 2-bath property is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Golf Course Living:
Fairway Views allows you to take full advantage of the stunning views of the Fourth Fairway, including a pond, ducks, and other wildlife. The spacious, covered patio is an ideal spot to relax with comfortable seating and marvelous views. The fully fenced back yard is pet-friendly, making it a great place to enjoy cookouts and games of horseshoes.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property comfortably sleeps four guests with two new king-sized beds. The primary suite offers views of the Fourth Fairway, a large flatscreen Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and upgraded fixtures. The second bedroom features Eastern and Southern views of the Antelope Hills Golf Courses, along with a flatscreen Smart TV. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination and has also been recently renovated.
Kitchen and Entertainment:
The oversized, newly remodeled kitchen is the hub of entertainment, adjacent to the dining, living, and patio areas. Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee maker and electric tea pot, it provides everything a chef needs. Just bring your food and recipes!
Outdoor Activities:
Northern Arizona is known for its outdoor life, and Fairway Views offers easy access to two major lakes, Watson Lake and Willow Lake, for kayaking and fishing. Hiking trails, including the incredible Granite Dells, are within a mile of the property. The Antelope Hills Golf Course Clubhouse, just down the street, is open to the public and features a 10-acre driving range and a full-service restaurant, the Manzanita Grill.
