Pleasant Place is a beautiful, large property located just 2 minutes or 0.4 miles from downtown Prescott. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath house sleeps 10 guests and has a large game room. This one-of-a-kind home offers everything you need in a vacation rental near the heart of downtown Prescott. It’s within walking distance of the classic, appealing Courthouse Square and all the interesting activities going on. Delicious restaurants, unique shops and interesting museums are all just a short stroll away.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The soothing sage-green walls and decor will help you relax while reading a book, watching shows on the large, smart Roku TV or finally get to sleep in the comfy, dreamy ambiance of this spacious room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The door in the back corner opens to the fenced-in backyard with a propane grill and a place for the dogs to play.
The queen bedroom off the living room also has a smart Roku TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet.
Downstairs is the game room, 2 more bedrooms and the laundry room. One bedroom has another queen with a smart Roku TV while the other has a bunkbed with a full lower bed and twin on top. The futon couch makes into a single bed. Another smart Roku TV is in here. A hall bath has a tub/shower combination. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and large counter for sorting and folding. The game room has a huge couch for watching the large, flat-screen smart TV. There is also a shuffleboard table, foosball, darts, video games and Ringo. There are also lots (and I mean lots!) of board games for every age.
The Greatroom includes a sitting area that faces a glowing electric fireplace and large, smart Roku TV. A huge, creamy sofa will fit everybody for relaxing and watching special movies or sports programs. A large dining room table seats 10 for sit-down meals with the whole family and friends. The kitchen is modern and bright and has all pots, pans and cookware. Whether it’s simple snacks or a large, gourmet meal, the chef in the family will be content. Everything for coffee is available along with a regular coffee maker. A powder room is convenient right off the living area.
The West-facing deck is perfect for your first cup of coffee to your last sip of wine. Sunsets are spectacular with views of Thumb Butte and the mountains to the South and West. There are deck couches with cushions, a collapsing umbrella and some colorful Adirondack chairs.
Central A/C or Heat will keep the interior comfortable and reliable Wi-Fi will stream content to the Roku TVs, laptops and phones to stay in touch with the world.
