Serenity Pines is a beautiful home just 3.5 miles or 9 minutes from the downtown Courthouse Plaza. This is a three bedroom, 2 bath property that sleeps 8 guests. The main floor has the kitchen, living room and Master all on one level. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, a sleeper couch and cute, little game room. Decorated in soothing greys and creamy whites, Serenity Pines is the perfect vacation rental for relaxing and enjoying all that Prescott has to offer. The living room has both a gas fireplace and large, Smart TV. While you stream your favorite movie or snuggle in with an engaging book all of your troubles fade and tranquility arises. The dining room table seats 8 with additional chairs stored in the master closet. All dishes, pots and pans are included so preparing simple snacks or gourmet feasts will be easy and convenient in this full kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bath with shower, Cable TV and walk-in closet. The best feature of this house is outside on the deck. Long views to the east and south feature tall pines from the Prescott National forest as far as the horizon allows - miles and miles and miles of gorgeous scenery. This deck gives you a front row seat as you grill on the propane BBQ, eat and relax. Breathtaking and vast, these views are the reason to stay here and it`s hard to leave this deck after taking it all in. Comfy furniture around a 4-seat table and a bench is where you can sit with your first cup of coffee to your last sip of wine soaking in the views of nature`s glory as you listen to the wind and the sounds of birds in the trees. There`s even a telescope for star gazing in the clear, dark skies of northern Arizona. If you would rather sit in front there is a cute little fenced deck with chairs for a different view. Downstairs is a second living room with another large Cable TV with DVD player. A queen and full bedroom are located here and the couch is a sleeper full. Another full bath with tub/shower combination, the washer/dryer/utility room and the little puzzle room with a table to play games are also down stairs. The fenced dog run is out the slider downstairs for your dog to have a safe play area for trips outside. Central heating and cooling keeps this accommodation comfortable when not outside enjoying Prescott`s four, mild seasons. You must visit downtown where "Everybody`s Hometown" is centered around the historic Courthouse and Square which is filled with grassy areas and huge, old elm trees. Cultural events and performances take place on many nights in the summer on the Square where locals and tourists walk their dogs, picnic or frequent the unique restaurants, boutiques and stores. Whether you are getting away for a quick weekend or staying all summer, Serenity Pines is a wonderful choice for your next vacation!

This designation follows the recent designation as the number one Best Place to Live in the southwest by Sunset Magazine. Great restaurants, beautiful lakes and acres of National Forest. With its quality of life, near perfect four-season climate and small-town atmosphere, Prescott is a highly desirable place to vacation and enjoy!

This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Your right to use this privately owned home is conditional on not disturbing the neighborhood. If the owner or Prescott Cabin Rentals receives complaints regarding noise, activities or trespassing that disturbs neighbors you may be asked to leave immediately. No outside noise or music after 10 pm. There is a motion-activated camera by the front entrance. It is only for exterior surveillance of the front walkway and driveway.
The most important policy regarding pets is that pets may not be left alone in properties unless confined to a crate and won`t bark. Pets must be supervised, leashed and cleaned up after at all times. We encourage you to bring pet bedding and sheets to cover furniture to avoid pet hair on upholstery which can be difficult to remove. If your pet disturbs other people you could be liable to reimburse them for their discomfort. The deposit, if not more, will be used to pay for cleanup of excess pet hair, stains or damage. Smoking is only allowed outside.
No outside noise or music after 10 pm. You must be honest with your party size. Your party size can change but you must let Wendy know of any extra guests staying. You must disclose if you are bringing any dogs or cats.
Pets are allowed but guests must be very considerate. No accidents, no damage, no poop and no hair. You must cover beds and furniture if you are allowing the pets to jump up. You might consider bringing your own vacuum to make sure there isn`t any hair left behind. If left alone in the accommodation we ask that they are crated if there is a risk of damage or accidents. There shouldn`t be excessive barking that would disturb the neighborhood.
Dogs are $15/night per pet +tax. There is also a ‘dog fee’ ($10) that is passed along to the housekeeper. Contact Wendy to provide payment information.
Check-in starts at 4 pm. If you would like to check-in early you must contact me. Early check-ins are granted the night before or the morning of the check-in. There may be a charge if it is a large property. The same with late check-outs. You must request this the night before or morning of the check-out.
