Cottage Skyview is a sweet little Cottage in the tall pines just 2.5 miles or 8 minutes to Prescott Downtown.

Cottage Skyview is a sweet little Studio located just 2.5 miles or 8 minutes to the downtown Courthouse Plaza. It is adjacent to Skyview Chalet which is a larger vacation rental and could have guests un-related to you. Please respect their privacy as you come and go and explore the outdoor surroundings. Cottage Skyview has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower combination. There is everything for coffee, a mini fridge and microwave. A slider leads to the outdoor area which is lovely and serene. Venture out to the shady grassy area and enjoy an apple or plum off of the backyard trees or simply explore and try to find the basketball net and court for a quick game of pick-up. Internet, central heat and A/C completes the modern convenience to this 1971 home. Green carpets, white walls and colorful accents adds ambiance and elegance to this quiet little spot. A large flat screen Vizio TV with Roku built in is in the living room but can be watched in bed. Whether you are here for a few days or need a space for the whole summer Cottage Skyview is the place to be!

You have access to the whole studio. The patio and grill is only for Skyview Chalet guests.

With its quality of life, near perfect four-season climate and small-town atmosphere, Prescott is a highly desirable place to vacation and enjoy!

Please rent a vehicle for your stay in Prescott. Taxi`s and Uber are readily available.

You must put in your correct party size to receive an accurate quote.

Please let us know if you are bringing dogs and how many. We allow dogs but also charge for them. Dogs are $15 per night per dog plus tax. There is also a 1 time $10 flat fee.

This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Your right to use this privately owned home is conditional on not disturbing the neighborhood. If the owner or Prescott Cabin Rentals receives complaints regarding noise, activities or trespassing that disturbs neighbors you may be asked to leave immediately. No outside noise or music after 10 pm.

No outside noise or music after 10 pm. You must be honest with your party size. Your party size can change but you must let Wendy know of any extra guests staying. You must disclose if you are bringing any dogs or cats.

Pets are allowed but guests must be very considerate. No accidents, no damage, no poop and no hair. You must cover beds and furniture if you are allowing the pets to jump up. You might consider bringing your own vacuum to make sure there isn`t any hair left behind. If left alone in the accommodation we ask that they are crated if there is a risk of damage or accidents. There shouldn`t be excessive barking that would disturb the neighborhood.

Check-in starts at 4 pm. If you would like to check-in early you must contact me. Early check-ins are granted the night before or the morning of the check-in. There may be a charge if it is a large property. The same with late check-outs. You must request this the night before or morning of the check-out.

Smoking is only allowed outside.
